Friendly product, bad customer service
We chose this produce because of it's features, it's low price and it's generally favorable reviews. It has worked fine for us and I would have rated it higher except for the wretched and unresponsive customer service. I called customer service after receiving this oven because the directions does not mention the little plastic feet on the grill rack and we weren't trusty if they were to be left on or not during use. Also the manual claims to give instructions for using the microwave and convection oven together but it doesn't. Guy service didn't know the answers and said they'd call me back; this was over one month ago and they have not. So I went to the Haier US website and found that they don't even inventory microwaves (or convection ovens) as a product that they sell. I sent an email anyhow detailing the problems and a week and a partially later, received an email saying that they'd sent me a copy of the manual and if I needed any more serve, to call Customer Service! I answered back that I already had a manual but it didn't address either of my questions, and that I had already called their client service and hadn't received an answer. Again, over a week later I received an email from them saying I should acquaintance Customer Service. Both emails I received from them were obviously "canned" and sent by rote, no right humans involved. Fortunately I got a cookbook and manual put out by Sharp that is for their microwave convection oven and was accomplished to get my questions answered using this book. It's too bad Haier has such lousy customer service, because this oven seems to be a seemly product at a good price.

Bad functionality
I got this and immediately returned it. The door mechanism is terrible. It was impossible to close the door without slamming it in reality hard. Another strange thing is that the clock doesn't remain on all the time. The door, however, is what necessitated the recurrence most of all.

merit the price!
This is a leading convection/microwave. If you used it just for the microwave ability you would have a great deal! The convection works well and cooks things like conformable convection oven or add microwave to your cooking and it is faster. Simple to use and understand. Seems to be well constructed and is very fashionable. Bought it to keep from heating broad oven in summer time. Hope this helps as I rely on your reviews all the time when contemplating a realize. Thanks

Terrible quality, stay away.
The spec looks flawless with stainless steel front and cavity, plus more functionalities than I would ever need. But the build is terribly disreputable.
First time I received it, the package was heavily taped, and I suspected it had been opened before. Turned out, the entrance way of the microwave oven could not be properly closed once it is shut and re-opened. So I exchanged it. The second time it was indubitably a new one, but after a day and 3 very short reheat operation using default setting, it simply died on me. I wouldn't try my success rate a third time, fearing it would work for a while and fail right after warranty expires.
Please stay in a different place from this microwave oven unless you are comfortable with taking chances.

famous purchase
I bought this microwave after spending an undamaged day at retail stores trying to make sure of exactly what I wanted. I knew I wanted a hold and not a "push" to open the door. I wanted a stainless interior and exterior. And I definitely wanted convection. I passion all the features I described above and am very pleased with the overall functionality and design of it. The price was better than any I had found in the big retail manacles. The only negative for me personally is when the door is left open, the light stays on. I like to air out my microwave after use so it doesn't have a smell on the next use. By the metre I clean my kitchen after a meal, however, the light reminds me to close the door anyway. This microwave is exactly what I wanted/needed!

For a combo, micro/convection, oven, the prize was very tenable. The intention is up to date and, definitely attracting, but it is way under-powered(1000W)compared to my before microwave, which was Fashionable Carousel (1500W). Which means, it will take more all at once to pastry-cook or re-awaken things, e.g. a insensitive cup of dampen takes about 3 minutes to splutter compared to 2 minutes in the Penetrating. Also, the metal (very reflection manipulate) rub that came with for the convection victuals was on the blink (unlucky welding job) from the works. What brands are the best for microwaves, toasters, and microwave convection ovens?

I'm looking to buy a microwave or toaster or a aggregate- microwave convection, and i wasn't sure which brands were the most reliable. Half just the same from time to time, Haier, GE, Panasonic, Sharp, Cuisinart, Hamilton. Any advice?
I execrate panasonic electronics but love my panasonic microwave! it is the top of all compared I have used for over twenty years.
