Jenn Air microwave/oven ?

I desire SOMEBODY can help me... we have a Jenn Air deal in our kitchen facsimile # JMC7000ADB... we have no owners manual. There is a Probe feature on the oven and the daft thing beeps if the oven is on longer than 10 minutes. I shot in the dark when it gets to a certain temp., does anyone know how to turn it off??? I hit rescind, I try setting the Probe temp., the only thing that seems to make it shut up is when I unsealed the oven for a moment, but as soon as I close it it starts beeping again. It's driving me unsound!!! x-(

Jenn-Air oven/micro unit?

We unbiased moved into a house that has a built in Jenn-Air oven/microwave combo entity. Model # is: JMC7000 ADB.
It has a 'Probe' and a 'Drying' button on it, I have no idea what these do. Hoping someone can tutor me. The 'Probe' beeps after I am done cooking and I have no idea how to make it stop...
(depressing if this is under the wrong category, wasn't sure where to put it)

Can you un-cavendish the probe? This is usually used when cooking large things like a roast complain or chicken or turkey, it monitors the internal temperature. The drying plaice is probably for fruits and such. Try looking up the owners manual online. Or go to the Jenn-Air website and see if you can importance a manual for your particular model.
